For workers
One verified profile, across every sector you work in.
One verified profile that follows you across aged care, childcare and disability support. It's built from your real employers, and you decide who sees it.

Get checked once, not every time
Instead of going through new checks with every employer, you build one verified record and take it with you from job to job.
Your good work follows you
Families and organisations you've worked for can vouch for you. A strong track record stops being something you have to explain, and becomes something people can see.
You decide who sees it
You choose who sees your record. You can't choose which parts they see. Every family or organisation has to ask your permission first, and you can take it back at any time.
Fair, and you get a say
Employers answer set questions, not open-ended complaints. If something about you is flagged, you see it and can respond. If something is simply wrong, like a date or an employer, we'll fix it.
How it will work when we open
- 01
Confirm who you are
Sign up with your legal name and date of birth, then do a quick ID and selfie check on your phone.
- 02
Say yes to being on FIDES
Nothing about you is visible to anyone until you agree. Being findable in search is a separate choice you can change any time.
- 03
Choose who sees your record
Approve or decline each family or organisation that asks, right from your dashboard.
- 04
Open a Verified profile (optional)
List your full employment history and back each employer with a payslip or IRD summary. Every verified employer is invited to give you a structured reference, so the people you approve can see your track record straight away.
Your information
Verified organisations and families can confirm you're on FIDES by searching your full legal name and date of birth. They see nothing else unless you authorise them, and you can switch discoverability off at any time — and still share your record with someone directly.
FIDES can permanently exclude a worker where there are serious grounds. An organisation can raise a concern, but the decision is ours, made after review. You'll be told the reasons and can respond before it takes effect. Read how we keep things fair and safe on our Trust & safety page.
