Prices are in NZD and include GST. They're early prices and may change as FIDES grows. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Hiring Pass
With the worker's consent, a Hiring Pass shows you their references from past employers and their verified employment history. Each worker says yes or no to each organisation or family.

Pay by card, or ask for an invoice — useful if your supports are funded through Manawanui or another funder. The pass starts once the invoice is paid.
One-off checks
If the worker hasn't bought a Verified profile, you can pay for these checks yourself, with their consent. If they have one, these are already done.

One-off, once FIDES is registered with the Ministry of Justice. A Ministry of Justice criminal record check is not an NZ Police vet. On its own it doesn't meet the Children's Act 2014 safety-check requirements for children's workers.

02 — Your team
HR subscription
For the workers already on your team. See their records, and log incidents as they happen — dated, marked documented or informal, and reviewed by FIDES before they form part of the worker's record. The worker can reply. When they move on, that history is what their next employer sees.

03 — Carers
Verified profile
Your identity, qualifications, professional registration and right to work, checked once and carried to every job — about 10% less than a hirer pays for the same four checks. Every employer on your IRD employment history is asked for a reference. You decide who sees it.
